Stovetop’s first anaerobic fermentation coffee! This is a single-variety Bourbon, anaerobically fermented at Javier's family wet mill in sealed plastic barrels for 96 hours. After fermentation, the cherries are de-pulped, washed to separate the mucilage from the parchment and dried for 12 to 18 days in a solar dryer.
