Ignacio Dominguez has always worked with coffee. From a very young age, he began working alongside his father, who taught him everything he knew about coffee production. In 2020, motivated by neighbors and friends who were successful and achieving good results producing specialty coffee, Ignacio began producing specialty coffee himself with a small batch to test if his coffee met the quality requirements. This is the first year his coffee has been separated, and we are excited to have the opportunity to be the first roaster to offer his coffee as a micro-lot.
