Dehab Mesfin Bitewlign did not grow up working in coffee, but eventually joined her husband to co-own and manage their farm in the Kaffa Forest. She quickly fell in love with farming coffee, so much that she hired a business consultant and agronomist to help her better understand the process. Their farm is now 100% female managed, and we have had the opportunity to purchase her “diamond” coffee for quite a few years. One of our favorite offerings each year, Dehab’s Diamond is the perfect example of a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee.
