Farmer Pedro Sagastume grew this coffee on a hillside in Santa Barbara, which has become the largest supplier of Cup of Excellence winners in Honduras. Pedro and his neighboring farmers help each other practice the most innovative and refined techniques, and their diligence is discernible in this cup’s clean, clear, and fruity profile.
