This version of Bull Trout is the same coffee that comprises our naturally processed, but gone through a carbonic maceration method. Coffee cherries are fermented in airtight containers which are pumped with carbon dioxide. A method borrowed from the wine industry, this produces a flavor profile with a little more berry acidity and wine-like flavors.
