We searched far and wide for a decaf that tasted just as good as the rest of the coffees in our lineup. Our first decaf is a wonderful offering from Centrocafe in Cajamarca, Peru. 

The Swiss Water Process is a method of removing 99.9% of caffeine using only pure water, temperature, and time. By starting with an already fantastic coffee and removing the caffeine in small batches, they are able to retain many of the beautiful characteristics of that coffee. We hope you enjoy this coffee so much that you forget you're drinking decaf!
