Our newest decaf offering comes to us as a blend of coffees from two of our very favorite growing regions in Ethiopia - Yirgacheffe and Sidamo - and was decaffeinated via Swiss Water Process.
Swiss Water Process utilizes pure water and green coffee extract to remove caffeine, and by using such mild means they are able to preserve the flavor and character that makes coffee beautiful and distinct. This Ethiopian offering will be full of honey sweetness, lively citrus, and a deep cocoa richness; a perfect cup of coffee for both regular and decaf drinkers alike.
