Cascara Tea

Cascara is the dried hull of a coffee cherry that is typically discarded or composted during processing.  The hull is dried out and made into a highly caffeinated tea. This lot in particular comes from coffees in the Caranavi region of Bolivia. 

Each bag contains 4oz (114g) of tea. We recommend the following steeping method:

20g tea | 350g water | 5 min
